Playing team sports my entire life has shaped my leadership and teamwork qualities. It taught me what it means to have others rely on you and what a privilege it is to be able to rely on others. Over the years I have learned that whatever you think you can do well alone, can always be done better with help. If you allow it, your own pride will be what holds you back, not others.
